We manage over 500 doors, helping investors and landlords maximize their returns while eliminating the day-to-day stress of property ownership.

Jaidyn and Robert purchased Rimrock Property Management in 2021 with a shared vision of building a high-quality, full-service property management company rooted in professionalism and care. Jaidyn, a licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of Treasure Realty Group, had long wanted to expand into property management when the opportunity to acquire RPM became available.
Robert brought complementary expertise from his background owning and operating a handyman and contracting services business, allowing him to contribute valuable insight to the maintenance and operational side of property management. Together, their combined experience proved to be a natural fit—and one that has exceeded expectations.
